About Prakash

Prakash is a motivational speaker and author and in his last role in the corporate world, he was the CEO of Kimberly Clark Lever. He is also a certified leadership coach – and an uncertified cricket junkie. He spent three decades in the corporate world selling everything from soaps and colas to yellow pages and diapers. He had the privilege of working alongside some fantastic colleagues – subordinates and peers, salesmen and shop floor engineers, bosses and boards.

“Happiness for me is when sometimes at an airport, a young man walks up and says he’s read my book, or heard me speak and it’s made a difference in his life. Makes me feel good. Especially if my wife is around. (She in any case thinks I‘ve stage-managed the whole interaction!) As you can imagine, I get my highs out of making a small difference in the lives of the people I interact with, and helping people unleash the leader within them. So if you are looking for someone to charge up the team at your upcoming offsite, or for someone to work with your leaders and help them get better, or even for an external facilitator to make your next leadership team meeting incredibly more productive, do get in touch.”

We take feedback after each of our programs and I was just going through the feedback from your session yesterday. I just want to say that I have not seen such a rating in a long long time. A 5 on a 5 in almost all the forms.

Danaher

You exceeded expectations with your ability to relate to the participants and ensuring everyone in the room could relate to your examples but also allowing everyone to have a voice and ask questions/express concerns. You emulate many characters we aspire all Danaher leaders to have.

Thanks for your kind words. I think your session was really spell binding. Very effective and reaching out to everyone. I got very positive feedback from all including our foreign guests. I already have plans of what I could do with the ideas generated in the breakout. Thanks again for a great afternoon and sharing your thoughts with us.
